Data security under Irish data protection law

Part 5 Section 77 of the Irish Data Protection Act contains a more detailed list of certain security measures required for automated processing. It includes risk evaluation, denial of unauthorized access to the processing equipment, ensuring personal data stored on the automated processing system cannot be corrupted by system malfunctioning and a wide range of other measures to safeguard data security.
