Rights to erasure and to restriction of processing
Pursuant to Art. 15 (2) Organic Law 3/2018, a controller may continue processing personal data if it is necessary to omit future marketing for a data subject who has objected to such communications.
Processing of personal data for statistics
Data subject rights can be limited pursuant to Art. 25 (3) Organic Law 3/2018 provided the data in question are subject to national legislation on statistical secrecy.
