After the GDPR became applicable, the provisions of the ZVOP-1 on information requirements ceased to apply.
The guidelines of the Information Commissioner on fulfilling information requirements in the context of webpages are available here (in Slovenian). Based on practical examples, the guidelines demonstrate how companies can fulfil their information requirements pursuant to the GDPR.
