Tasks and powers of the Dutch supervisory authority
The Supervisory Authority is responsible for monitoring the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions laid down by the GDPR and UAVG. It is authorized to perform tasks and exercise powers assigned to the Supervisory Authority pursuant to GDPR.
