Certification under Irish data protection law

There are no derogating provisions to Article 42 GDPR thus far.

Accreditation body

In line with Part 3 Section 35 of the Irish Data Protection Act, the Irish National Accreditation Board is the accreditation body for the purposes of Article 43 (1) GDPR.
