Exceptions to the ‘Right to be Informed’
Information can be provided in a layered fashion pursuant to Art. 11 Organic Law 3/2018. At the time when the information is obtained, the basic information should be provided immediately. The minimum content of the basic information is determined by whether the information was gathered directly from the data subject or indirectly. The remaining information shall be sent immediately or provided in an easily accessible fashion.
