Insurance contract and credit scoring
There are additional provisions, such as in the case of a decision that is made in the context of providing services pursuant to an insurance contract (Sec. 37 BDSG) or in commercial transactions in the case of scoring and credit reports (Sec. 31(1), BDSG).
