Exceptions to informing requirements
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Czech Data Protection Act, in the case that the controller processes personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation, to carry out a task in the public interest or perform official authority duties vested in the controller, and the controller has the obligation to inform the data subject pursuant to Article 13 and 14of GDPR, the information may be provided to the data subject via remote access.
